  Marital Mediation Decision 

A recent groundbreaking and important decision by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Ansin v. Ansin,(SJC 10548) now clarifies the standards necessary to enforce a post-nuptial agreement.  This will make drafting post-nuptial agreements much easier and will provide much needed guidance for those couples who are interested in Marital Mediation.  To see the full text of the decision, click here.  Call 413-256-1575 if you want to learn more about Marital Mediation.
